It all started when Vallie…

Maria Valentina “Vallie” Inocentes Pavino is a licensed real estate broker, owner-manager & designated broker of VIP ESTATES for over 30 years, a licensed Insurance Producer and a Notary Public in the State of Washington accredited for the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco, and the President/Executive Producer of PAVISON Worldwide Enterprises, a production, distribution and promotions company.

VALLIE first arrived in the United States in 1971, went back to Manila in 1972, then after several years, came back in 1988 to finally migrate here in the US. She and her late husband, Ted Pavino, then started a manufacturing & distribution company of Philippine products (tuyo & tinapa) in Riverside, CA serving several Asian stores in Northern and Southern California but later decided to sell it to move to Seattle, Washington in 1990. It was then that their youngest son, singer/actor Timothy John I. Pavino, was born!

It was in that same year 1990 that VALLIE initially got involved (until the present time) in the Filipino community being part of the selected organization team of the 1st Pista Sa Nayon that was held at the Rainier Playfield in Seattle. And in 1991, she was given the task to head the hospitality committee of the SagipBayan Project of former Philippine Consul General Herminigildo Garcia & wife Nina for the victims of the Mt. Pinatubo calamity in the Philippines which was and is still being considered the biggest fundraising event ever held in Seattle by leaders in the Filipino community!

Being involved in various community events and having met a lot of great cultural art enthusiasts, VALLIE developed a passion for scouting and cultivating talents that needed a stage to showcase them. For this purpose, PAVISON Worldwide Enterprises was born to provide quality productions and services in the State of Washington and the nearby cities.

To date, VALLIE continues to serve the community through her love for music and people. In 2018, she founded the P.A.P.A. (Partnership of Accredited Producers & Artists) to provide a neutral ground for uplifting and uniting our community in the entertainment world. As an ambassador of the ABS CBN Foundation International, VALLIE has also been involved in raising funds for the disaster victims in the Philippines through those various projects.

With a family of 4 children and 7 grandchildren and as a devoted Christian and lover of peace, she firmly believes and hails Colossians 3:12 & 14, “…clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. And over all these virtues, put on love which binds them all together in perfect unity.” All for the glory of God!
